If a customer’s solidified parameters need to be upgraded, the corresponding custom non-standard program must be used. The naming convention for the custom MDKE3 program is **MFKE3-Customer Suffix** (e.g., VI14.01-108.02).hex, where “Customer Number” corresponds to the FP-09 value in the customer’s mainboard.
When using these programs, the usage limit for non-standard controllers is 20 times. After reaching this limit, the MDKE3 needs to be reprogrammed, and the machine must be reoperated following specific steps.

Standardization and Modification

First, confirm that the control board software version is V129 or above, and the DSP software version is not V106.
Standardize the MDKE3 by programming it with the **MFKE3-BZ-TEST(20 times).hex** program, then power off and on again. Insert the LCD controller programmed with this software, and the display will show “Standard Machine,” indicating that the machine has been converted to a standard machine.
Afterward, reprogram the machine with the customer-specific non-standard initialization program (software version starting with VI). Insert the LCD controller containing the customer’s non-standard program into the standardized machine to convert it into the corresponding customer-specific non-standard machine. Upon successful modification, the LCD controller will display “Initialization Successful.
