Elevator Tensioner Pulley is an important part of the lift bottom machine room, which mainly plays the following two roles:

1. Maintaining the tension of the lift wire rope: the tension of the lift wire rope plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the lift. As an important way to maintain the tension of the wire rope, the tensioning sheave can keep the lift wire rope in the appropriate tension range by means of active guidance or passive adjustment, so as to prevent the lift from becoming unstable or running out of alignment during operation.

2. Preventing accidents in the machine room at the bottom of the lift: the machine room at the bottom of the lift is usually set up in the basement on the bottom floor of the building, and these places are often subject to environmental problems such as rainwater, groundwater and sewage, which may erode the main equipment and the steel structure and other components of the machine room at the bottom of the lift. The presence of the tensioning sheave can keep a proper distance between the lift wire rope and the tensioning sheave in the bottom machine room, thus preventing accidents from occurring in the bottom machine room.
