Faults E65 、E66 or E74 may be reported during the debugging or running the elevator.
Failure analysis:
UCMP Function: protection device to prevent accidental movement of the car, and detect whether the car has moved through the MCTC-SCB-A/A1/C module? When the system detects unexpected displacement, the control system immediately stops output and reports E65 fault.
Brake Force Detection: Through the output torque of the system, the brake does not open, and the pulse change is detected? When the system test brake braking force fails, the control system immediately stops output and reports E66 fault.
E65 (Troubleshooting)
Faulty Code Name: UCMP detection abnormal
Possible Causes: This fault is reported when the UCMP function is enabled or accidental car movement occurs.
Solution: Check that the motor brake is applied completely and the car will not move accidentally.
E66 (Troubleshooting)
Faulty Code Name: Braking force detection abnormal
Possible Causes: The braking force detected is insufficien
Solution: Detect the brake clearance
E74 (Troubleshooting)
Faulty Code Name: STO fault
Possible Causes: STO fault Subcode 1: STO fault
Solution:
- Check whether the safety circuit isdisconnected.
- Check whether the door lock circuit isdisconnected.
- Check whether Y1 output is active.
- Check whether the STO card is normal.
NOTE:
Fault Err41 is not recorded in the elevator stop state.
Fault Err42 is reset automatically when the door lock circuit is shorted or 1s after the fault occurs in the door zone.
If faults Err51, Err52, and E57 persist, they are recorded once every one hour
