Fault Cause

The E57 fault occurs due to an abnormal communication signal between the inverter and the control system.

Sub-Codes & Causes

• Sub-Code 101~102: SPI communication failure, where the DSP fails to receive correct data continuously for 2 seconds.
• Sub-Code 103: Mismatch between the specialized mainboard and the lower-level system.

Troubleshooting Methods

1. For Sub-Code 101~102:
   • Check the wiring connections between the control board and the drive board.
   • Reinsert the connectors to ensure proper contact.
2. For Sub-Code 103:
   • Set parameter FF-1 to 1.
3. If the issue persists, replace either the mainboard or the inverter.
