How To Solve Error Code E017 of SI250 GEN2?

The meaning of E017: Speed CPU retry failed. The DSPH/W monitor has detected the issue, and even after the operation CPU attempts to re-execute the DSP more than 4 times, the DSP remains inoperative. In other words, if the operation CPU sends signals for retrying more than 4 times continuously, an error will be detected, and the elevator will not operate.

[Inspection Method]

Time Required for One Retry

1.Reset Signal Maintenance Time: 150ms

2.Turn off the Reset signal,waiting for 2 seconds

Retry 4 Times:

(150ms×4) + (2 seconds ×4) = 8.6 seconds.

Solutions:

1.Check if the communication connector (64P) between DOC-140 and DPC-130 is properly connected. Replace the connector if it is abnormal.

2.Verify the SMPS output voltage (5 ± 0.1V). Replace the SMPS if the voltage is abnormal.

3. Reinsert the connector.

4.Confirm the grounding status.

5.Check the setting of the JUMP PIN.

6.Replace the O/S ROM of DPC-130.

7.Replace the DPC-130.
