Instructions for Ordering Elevator COP:

There are two ordering methods based on elevator brand or universal types.

Brand: Only the elevator model/control box model can be quoted, including the number of floors and panel materials. However, when ordering in large quantities, it is still necessary to know the size and pictures of the control box. For other steps, please refer to the universal types.

Universal Type COP:

1. Provide panel dimensions, length * width * thickness
2. Provide the layout of the panel, which must be confirmed by dimensional drawings, such as the layout of buttons, whether there are alarm bells, walkie talkies, nameplates, and display boards; secondary control box; and need to delay opening and closing the door or not
3. The size of the bottom box, length * width * height * thickness, is generally smaller than the panel size
4. Button: Button character, size, illumination, number of pins
5. Panel material, thickness
6. Display board: seven segment code, Gray code/dot matrix, common cathode and common anode output, output voltage

Instructions for Ordering Elevator HOP/LOP:

There are two ordering methods based on elevator brand or universal types.

Brand: You need to provide elevator model/call box model for quotation, panel materials, but when ordering in large quantities, you still need to know the size, pictures of the outbound call box, for other steps,please refer to the general model for other steps

Universal HOP/LOP:

1. Provide panel dimensions, length * width * thickness
2. Provide panel layout, single link: i.e. buttons are single pressed, single pressed+base station lock, double pressed, no/one display board

Dual connection: refers to the button being a single press, single press+base station lock, double press, no/two piece display board

• The size of the bottom box, length * width * height * thickness, is generally smaller than the panel size
• Button: Size, Illumination, Number of Pins
• Panel Materials
• Display board: seven segment code, Gray code/dot matrix
