How To Adjust The Elevator For Accurate Leveling?

I am facing challenge for setting leveling on the lift, of monarch drive system, it uses for sensors (two for up and down leveling, and other two for door zone)

Those milimeters shows the position level of car door seal in relation to landing door seals, when lift is going up or down.

How should this parameter be set? Can it be adjusted through the elevator service tools?

Solutions:

For a new elevator:

1) First of all, it is essential to properly adjust the elevator’s deceleration curve, especially focusing on the distance of upward and downward travel, with particular attention to the downward distance which may have significant discrepancies.

2) There are two methods to adjust the deceleration curve. One method involves adjusting the magnetic shields on each floor. Generally, the average value of the upward and downward travel can be taken, or a specific floor with the greatest discrepancy can be used as a reference.

3) The other method is to use the SERVICE TOOL to adjust the floor distance. (However, if the technician is not very familiar with the debugging technique, it is recommended to use the mechanical adjustment method mentioned aboved #2.)

4) As per the technical figure, our technicians suggest using the surface of the hall door sill as a reference and lowering the distance of each floor’s magnetic shield by 6mm to see if it meets the requirement of simultaneous leveling of the car door and the floor door.
