How To Resolve Error Code E83?

Fault phenomenon: The elevator only works for a couple of minutes and then it blocks, displaying error 83. It also does not allow the doors to open.

There is no explanation for this error code in the manual.

We consulted the relevant technical personnel from the Monarch factory, and they stated that this is a special fault specific to their factory. It is an agreed-upon motor fault between their control system and the motor manufacturer.
